The Battle of the Regions is a fast-paced and engaging trivia-style game show where teams of FBLA members represent their state and compete in rounds of FBLA knowledge, business, and leadership challenges. The goal is to build camaraderie, test skills, showcase state pride, and energize members with spirited competition.

 

Purpose

    •    Test FBLA and business knowledge in a fun, interactive way.

    •    Provide national recognition for top-performing state teams.

    •    Foster state pride and encourage spirited involvement from members across the country.

    •    Engage the audience in a high-energy environment, led by the National Officer Team.

 

1. Teams

    •    Each state may form one team of three members. The team may consist entirely of state officers or include state representatives—such as local officers or members—if the state does not have enough state officers or any present.

    •    Teams compete head-to-head in a trivia bracket format.

    •    FBLA Knowledge: history, programs, facts, conferences

    •    Business & Leadership: finance, marketing, entrepreneurship, management, current events

    •    Grab Bag: fun facts, state business trivia, pop culture in business

 

Recognition & Awards

    •    Winning State Team (3 members): First Place Medals

    •    Runner-Up State Team (3 members): Second Place Medals
